Return Policy

We will accept returns and exchanges if the item is in its original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase.

Nutrients and liquid items are not accepted for return.

All shipping costs are to be incurred by the buyer and the return may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Payment information may be required in the event that the return is not accepted or void of warranty.

If a defect occurs in a product purchased after 30 days, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Always save receipts, boxes, and any warranty information.

Light System defects are rare, but may happen. Should problems arise with your light system within 6 months of purchase indicating such a defect, contact us and we will arrange for an immediate replacement - one of the many benefits of being a HydroWholesale customer!
